JOEL CHAN is a Director of P&T GROUP. JOEL is a qualified Architect and Authorized Person in Hong Kong, he has actively participated in Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design (HKIUD),  and Architectural Association Practice (AAP) in dealing with practice affairs; currently a member of Buildings Department Technical Committee on Design and Construction Requirement for Energy Efficiency of Buildings, a member of Construction Industry Council Safety Committee, Chairman of the HKIUD Membership & Examination committee, Chairman of HKIA Environment and Sustainable Development Committee, Director of the Professional Green Building Council (PGBC) and Director of BEAM Society Limited.
