Executive Director and CEO, Australian Window Association
Tracey Gramlick has a background in engineering, a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management and over 30 years of expertise in various aluminium products and façade design, technical, production, education, materials and marketing roles prior to her current position as Executive Director and CEO of the Australian Window Association. A significant portion of her role involves representing industry through political advocacy for Australian manufacturing, energy efficiency target trajectories for building and construction and product conformity and compliance.
Tracey sits on three industry aligned boards and one international board committee, regularly speak at international and local events and actively participates in several local and international Standards and aligned committees, working groups and forums.
