Troy has over 25 years of experience with sensitive and complex cultural, university, commercial and master planning projects. This well recognised capability enables Troy to contribute at all stages to a diverse range of building types – from client and community consultation through to project delivery.
Troy’s focus is capturing client and community aspirations in design concepts that are realised in architectural projects that contribute to peoples experience in urban settings.
Appointed a Director in 2013, Troy’s recent projects include The Calyx in the Royal Botanical Gardens Sydney and the Ross Milbourne multi – purpose sports hall at the University of Technology, Sydney. Troy has contributed to many projects which have won prestigious state and national architectural awards. During his career Troy has worked with international practices such as Renzo Piano Studio and leading Australian practices.
A registered Architect in New South Wales, Troy is one of nine Australian Institute of Architects Male Champions of Change committed to professional gender equity and advancing flexible, consultative practice settings. He regularly participates in professional and industry committees, is a mentor to students of architecture and has contributed to architectural design studio teaching in many of Sydney’s universities.
