Usman is leading a team of Q.S(s) and invoice assistants to manage the different tasks for various design projects, liaison with client on design and contractual matters, participating in progress/design review/financial meetings with client, assisting to the project managers on contractual issues, handling the contractual matters and correspondence for contract change orders, claims for additional fee and design fee invoicing on monthly basis. He has 12 years experienced in all phase of civil projects, as seasoned professional QS in Pakistan & Saudi Arabia, in all areas of estimation, project monitoring & execution, billing and contract manager expertise in planning and project execution monitoring progress reviewing contracts.
