Sam Jung is the Senior Vice President – Green Economy at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. He oversees industry development initiatives to deploy clean energy technologies and commercialize climate innovations at scale. Prior to this role, Sam worked at the NYC Mayor’s Office where he co-led the City’s inclusive community wealth generation agenda focused on scaling employee ownership. He holds a Masters Degree in City Planning from MIT, and BAs in International Studies and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, San Diego.

Naresh is an architect with a work experience of 19 years. He received his Master of Architecture at Texas A & M University, where he was awarded the Edward J. Romeniec Graduate Award (2008 – 2009). His professional endeavors span across Middle East and India.

Naresh has led the master planning and building architecture of a series of mixed-use projects, various Smart Cities projects focused on Urban Design and Urban Renewal aspects through place-making, waterfront development and rejuvenation projects.

Martyna Maciejewska is a Façade Sales Manager specializing in the use of large-format mineral surfaces in architectural façades. In her daily practice, she supports architects, façade designers, and developers in material selection and the development of solutions for demanding façade projects, with a strong focus on durability, aesthetics, and performance parameters. At the same time, she acts as a link between the company’s global approach and the specific characteristics of the Polish façade market.

From the early stages of her career, she has been consistently involved in façade-related topics, combining engineering knowledge with hands-on project experience. Her background includes façade system design, collaboration with suppliers of aluminium and glass solutions, and experience with a leading manufacturer of insulation materials for ventilated façades. In these roles, she worked closely with contractors and project teams, advising on material selection, façade build-ups, and system solutions, which allowed her to gain a broad understanding of cladding systems used across the market.

As a result, she brings a comprehensive perspective on façade design, execution, and long-term performance. Her work focuses on durability, resistance to environmental factors, and lifecycle cost efficiency in contemporary façade design.
