Jacqueline Nyaguthii is a holder of a Masters Degree in Valuation and Property Management from the University of Nairobi. She has over 17 years of experience in managing real estate in Kenya and has managed several of the top commercial office blocks in Nairobi. She is currently with Britam, a diversified financial services Group listed on the Nairobi Securities Exchange. The group has interests across the Eastern and Southern Africa region, with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan, Mozambique and Malawi. The Group offers a wide range of financial products and services in Insurance, Asset management, Banking and Property.
Jacqueline has worked with Britam for close to 8 years having joined the Company in mid 2009. She has been involved in the management of the company’s real estate portfolio and is currently handling the upcoming and nearing completion, Britam Tower, in Upper Hill, Nairobi; both as the Project Manager and the Property Manager. She has been with the Tower since its inception and is therefore fully conversant with all its design and construction aspects including but not limited to the green construction, the façade is intended to enhance.
