Importantly, He has an innate understanding of how people experience spaces and the way architecture can contribute to better communities. With an extensive background in education and public projects, His design focus centers on creating vibrant learning environments and engaging campus experiences. As a leader at JCB, he has overseen several major projects including Gillies Hall student housing at Monash University Peninsula Campus. This project has reset sustainability benchmarks by combining Mass Timber construction and achieving Passive House certification.
