EeTiong Lim is a UK registered architect. He practised in London, Hong Kong and Singapore with experience on large scale building and master planning projects in Europe, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific. He specializes in the design and delivery of Headquarters, Hospitality, Mixed-use, Transport Orientated Developments (TOD) and High rise projects. Some of the projects he leads as Project Director included award-winning Vingroup Landmark 81 development in Saigon, Empire Twin Tower project in Danang, China Merchants Bank Headquarters project in Shanghai and Jakarta TOD development project. He believes in connecting and contributing to the design fraternity. EeTiong is actively involved in academia as a guest critic at universities and as a speaker at conferences and events.
