Director - Design and Construction, Two Trees Management
Hale Everets is a Director of Design and Construction for Two Trees Management, an innovative Brooklyn based real estate firm focused on the acquisition, development, construction and management of mixed-use properties. The Two Tree’s portfolio includes over $4B in residential, commercial and hospitality properties.
Everets, possess a unique architecture and finance background giving him perspective to find creative solutions that generate value in project development, design, coordination, procurement and construction across diverse real estate assets. He has successfully led the design and construction of more than $1B in new development by building and leading partnerships of talented designers, suppliers and contractors. Notable works include One South First Street, 325 Kent Ave., 300 Ashland Residences and Apple Store, 60 Water Street, The Wythe Hotel, and Jane’s Carousel. He is currently leading the design of the Refinery at Domino Park in Williamsburg Brooklyn.
Everets holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College, an MA in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania (where he was distinguished with the AIA Silver Medal) and is a Registered Architect. Before joining Two Trees, Everets worked in Fixed Income Asset Management eventually transitioning into Architecture and Real Estate. He started his design career with the award-winning architecture firm, Taller Enrique Norten as a Senior Associate and joined Two Trees in 2010.
