Giovanni Festa is an Operations Director at Sweco UK with over 30 years’ experience as a Building Services and Environmental Design Engineer. He is passionate about low energy and sustainable design and has worked with many world renown architects on award winning projects in the UK, Europe, the Far East and the US. He regularly supports the industry and has contributed to the British Council of Offices(BCO) Guide to Specification as well as the British Property Federation and UK Green Building Council on new or emerging legislation. Giovanni’s expertise areas include sustainable design and low energy strategies, large complex mixed use schemes and high rise buildings.
