Associate Director, Orms
Ivan Equihua is an Associate Director at Orms and he is responsible for developing large commercial projects in Central London as well as developing concepts for building fabric and building re-use. He is currently working on the delivery of the Outernet in London which is a 0.4 hectare mixed use development comprised of a 2000-capacity auditorium and an ‘Urban Gallery’ for public use and entertainment. Ivan is also responsible for two major sites along Oxford Street for providing Grade A office and retail space and exploring concepts for the future of workplace, driven by the Covid-19 pandemic, plus retail and the future of the high street.
