Design Principal, 10 Design
José Cláudio Silva is a Design Principal at 10 Design with over 22 years of architecture design and delivery experience. His expertise spanning across a wide spectrum of sectors including mixed-use, hospitality, civic, office, retail, residential, MICE, and integrated resorts.
He is an internationally acclaimed designer with projects in Singapore, the Middle East and other parts of SE Asia, including Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines. His experience encompasses all phases of a project cycle from concept design through to construction documentation and construction support.
A selection of his award-winning projects comprises SkyPark at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, Global Tech Exchange in Phnom Penh, Noble House and World Capital Tower in Jakarta among others. As the studio leader of 10 Design Singapore, he is currently leading the team on the design and delivery of multiple projects across India, Middle East and Southeast Asia, including an ultra-luxury single-family residential tower in Mumbai; LA VIE, a modern golf-lifestyle destination in Muscat, Oman; Hon Thom Island, a waterfront integrated resort and entertainment destination in Phu Quoc, Vietnam; as well as the South Lake Urban Complex, a leading mixed-use development and urban connector in the new Starlake masterplan of Hanoi, Vietnam.
José is a frequent speaker on numerous industry events and has been collaborating closely with the Architectural Studio of the National University of Singapore (NUS), acting as tutor, delivering talks and participating in critics sessions.
