Miguel Silva has a relevant past experience of more than 20 years in the construction industry covering a wide range of façade systems in the weatherproofing thematic as well as special refurbishment, recladding and remedial works. With over 100 major projects completed as a weatherproofing consultant as well as technical director, he’s currently focused on the UK market on the façade weatherproofing. Some of the recent projects ongoing in this region are the One Nine Elms (R&F Properties),Deanston Wharf (Ballymore Group), Eden New Bailey at Salford Manchester, Kings Road (Berkeley Group) and Homebase by Vistry Partnerships.
Having a notable knowledge of the façade envelope weatherproofing requirements for the commercial, residential, education and health care, Miguel leads his team to deliver distinctive and complete support to the façade industry being responsible for the façade project design/detailing and specification and research & development at Effisus.
