Nithin Hosabettu is a passionate designer who always strives to create interesting spaces and environments. He believes that building should be designed like a sculpture which not only serves the functional aspect but each space has a meaning which users can experience. He has over 21 years of experience in practising design. He joined I.M. Kadri Architects in 2006 as Architect and from then on has been one of the Key Members of the Organisation. He has worked on diverse typologies of projects designing Residential Townships, Corporate Offices, BPO’s, Institution Bldgs, Pharmaceutical Plant & Hospitals.
Recently his Hospital Project for Symbiosis won the UK Based Surface Design Awards not only in the Public building Category but also as the Supreme Winner among 12 different categories. In 2016 his project Balador, Residential Township in Talegaon, won the CWAB Award for Most Noteworthy Project under the Category of Residential Buildings.
Apart from the Residential and Commercial verticals which is common between other teams within the firm he also heads the Healthcare vertical in the Organization.
