Upendra Walinjkar is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Aluvision Facade Solutions (AFS), a leading independent façade design and engineering consultancy committed to innovation, technical excellence, and project-specific solutions. A seasoned Civil Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the construction and façade industry, Upendra has played a pivotal role in shaping the skyline through over 145 façade consultancy projects across India and back-office engineering support for more than 80 international developments across 10+ countries.
AFS operates from three offices—two in Mumbai and one in Hyderabad—and is powered by a strong team of over 50 façade professionals, including designers, engineers, BIM modelers, and project specialists. Signature projects under Upendra’s leadership include the National Cancer Institute in Nagpur, Meenakshi Eco Park in Hyderabad, and the award-winning Sky Bridge at ITC One Colombo.
