Head of Modular Technologies, Nordfox
Marat Gareev is the head of the modular technology department at NORDFOX. The department he leads develops innovative and industrial solutions in the field of curtain walls with the active use of BIM design.
Marat Gareev – engineer, candidate of technical sciences, has been working in the construction industry in the field of facade construction since 2005. In 2015-2020, under his leadership, the first in Russia systems of modular hinged facades with an air gap were developed and implemented, which are distinguished by high installation speed, factory quality of facade structures, and high architectural expressiveness. Modular hinged facades have become relevant against the backdrop of an increase in the height of buildings and the introduction of new facing materials. Not an unimportant factor is also the growth of construction volumes in Russia and the need to speed up construction and especially reduce labor costs.
With his participation, facades were designed and installed at more than 200 objects, among which such objects as the Southern River Station in Moscow, the high-rise residential complex Prime Park and the residential complex City Bay stand out. Having experience not only in design work, but also in the practical application of various technical solutions, Marat uses an individual approach to each project, optimizing not only the technical component, but also cost indicators. The area of interest includes facades using large-format heavy cladding, as well as small-piece cladding materials with complex or three-dimensional shapes.
