Director, SEP Architects
Rupam is the Director and one of the Founder member of SEP Architects. Prior to starting Architectural Practice,he was Head of Corporate Real Estate for UBS India. By professional qualification, he is an Architect with a Post Graduate from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research). He is an active member of Council of Architecture and Indian Institute of Architects.
He has been instrumental in setting up of the two UBS offshore campus in Hyderabad and corporate office project of Mumbai office. Prior to UBS, he was Head of Projects for Dell International Services, setup two built-to-suit campuses for Dell in Bangalore and Hyderabad and also has had stints with Jones Lang LaSalle and Adrianse Group in Delhi. He has had the good fortune of working across India in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad etc.
During the last 11 years in SEP Architects, Rupam was able to develop a relationship with various clientele in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai and instrumental in delivering various projects for L&T, GMR, Phoenix, NESCO etc.
