Head of Façade Solutions Department, Capital Group
Lyubim joined Capital Group in 2018 as a head of Façade Solutions Department which accompanies construction teams throughout all stages of projects realization.
At Capital Group, Lyubim works on a wide range of projects, each exemplifying exclusive architecture and complex façade solutions – from the elite low-rise residential buildings to high-tech skyscrapers with a glazed façade area up to 100 thousand square meters. Under the guidance of Lyubim, Façade Solutions Department successfully implemented projects that became the new Moscow landmarks: residential skyscrapers Capital Towers near Moscow City MIBC, skyscrapers NEBO on Michurinsky Highway, elite residential complexes in the very heart of Moscow – Kutuzovsky,12, White Khamovniki and Medny 3.14.
At Capital Group, Lyubim works closely with architectural bureaus, bringing their ideas to life, corrects and implements their concepts, supervises the selection of façade materials and carries out construction control.
Lyubim graduated from the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, Department of Industrial and Civil Engineering. Laureate of the prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology.
