General Manager - Global Projects Development, Nikken Sekkei
Mr. Henckens’ work focuses on managing complex projects in the Middle East. In 2015 he was appointed General Manager of the Nikken Riyadh Branch which he helped set up in 2010. He contributes strong communication skills and management experience in coordinating the design process from bidding (competition) through all stages, liaising with local partners, authorities and specialists.
His work spans across sectors, encompassing research facilities, commercial, financial, mixed-use, embassy and hospitality projects. In all his projects he puts great emphasis on efficient and smooth liaison between the client and the design team (both in-house and external consultants) towards a successful design process.
