Ivan Tomovic is the Project Director East Europe and Central Asia, CEO of Werner Sobek Moscow, Werner Sobek Belgrade, and a partner of Werner Sobek AG.
Ivan Tomovic holds a Diploma in Structural Engineering from the University of Belgrade, Serbia. After post- graduate studies and participation in several projects and competitions in Serbia, Montenegro and Russia, he joined Werner Sobek in 2007, where he promoted from an engineer to partner, project director and general director.
Ivan Tomovic has been successfully managing the Moscow representative office of Werner Sobek for 15 years, during which he has recommended the company as a high-level professional and reliable partner. He is also the head of the company’s largest projects, among them the iconic ones, completed in Russia and the CIS, are the Iset Tower in Yekaterinburg, the Garage in Gorky Park (Moscow), the Moscow Towers high-rise office complex in Moscow City.
He is also General Manager of the Werner Sobek branch in Belgrade. In addition to design work, Mr. Tomovic teaches at the Moscow School of Architecture MARCH and at the Institute for Light Construction and Conceptual Design (ILEK) at the University of Stuttgart.
