Director, PLP Architecture
Tina is a Director at PLP Architecture with over 10 years of experience designing and delivering commercial, residential, hotel, and mixed-use projects in the UK and South-East Asia. Within the studio, she leads projects involving complex planning and programmatic challenges, as well as major renovations of twentieth-century buildings for which she has specialized expertise.
She is responsible for the growth and strategic development of PLP’s studio in Singapore. This includes overseeing PLP Architecture’s increasing portfolio of projects in the country, where she has been responsible for leading the design of projects including Park Nova. This multi-award-winning luxury residential development is a lush green tower inspired by biophilia and focuses on the comfort and wellness of the residents; it is currently under construction.
Throughout her work, Tina explores ways in which her projects can contribute to the urban realm in an environmentally positive way. Ongoing projects combine active placemaking with initiatives to save embodied carbon through material reuse, the use of hybrid timber structures, and increasing biodiversity.
