Francisco Castell de Oro is the Chief Operating Officer of Iava and Co-founder of DFC Company.
He was born in Mexico City and then moved to Queretaro City where he studied Industrial Engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Since he was 18 years old, Francisco has been involved and engaged with the world of windows, doors, and facades, where he developed a profound passion for this business and industry. In his ten years of experience he has been learning the different aspects of high performance systems and their impact in different parts of the globe.
As COO, Francisco has contributed to implementing a plant automatization in the last few years. He has also been involved with manufacturing products of the highest quality as a Schüco Premium Partner to attend a robust variety of projects in the USA & LATAM.
