Studio Executive Chair, Woods Bagot
Tim Melville leads the Auckland studio of global design studio Woods Bagot. He has over 30 years’ experience as an Architect in New Zealand and the UK, specialising in design development, procurement, and delivery of education, medium and high density residential, and mixed-use projects. Tim works collaboratively with the client, consultants and building contractor through the design and construction phases to ensure that the design intent is captured in the final detail and to deliver the best project outcomes.
Tim was President of Te Kāhui Whaihanga · New Zealand Institute of Architects from 2018-2020, during that time he worked closely with other representative bodies in the construction industry and was a member of the Construction Sector Accord steering group.
