Sushant Goel is a postgraduate structural engineer from the University of Stuttgart, with seven years of professional experience in Germany. During this time, he contributed to a diverse range of international projects across the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, focusing on grid shells, membrane structures, cable facades, movable roofs, and footbridges.
In July 2021, Sushant co-founded the India office of Eckersley O’Callaghan in Noida, alongside Brian Eckersley and James O’Callaghan. Since then, he has worked on domestic and international projects of varying scales, delivering structural and facade engineering solutions.
Sushant also serves as Visiting Faculty at CEPT University, Ahmedabad, where he mentors postgraduate structural engineering students, bringing real-world project experience into the academic environment and strengthening industry-academia connections.
