Charles Changsuk Lim joined NBBJ in 2019 and has been responsible for the realization of several award-winning projects including Hana Bank Headquarters, Seoul Jamsil Olympic Stadium Remodeling, Amazon HQ2, and VIVO headquarters in Shenzhen.
Proficient in the design of workplace, commercial and large scale mixed-use, he brings his building industry experiences to provide guidance and leadership to the design teams and helps in developing strategies to implement the design vision to all phases of the project. Connecting big idea to the crafted realization has been a focus throughout his professional career. His approach to projects is characterized by deep consideration of materials, attention to details, and under, and understanding of tectonics.
Charles Changsuk Lim received a Master of architecture from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), a licensed architect in California.
