Charles Changsuk Lim, AIA, is a licensed architect in California and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Since joining NBBJ in 2019, he has brought a globally informed design perspective and the expertise to support domestic and international clients across a range of markets.
With extensive experience delivering large-scale projects in China, Korea, Dubai, and the United States, Charles is known for his leadership in steering multidisciplinary teams through every phase of project development. His portfolio includes high-profile projects such as the Hana Bank Headquarters in Incheon, the Vivo Headquarters in Shenzhen, the Jamsil Olympic Stadium Renovation in Seoul, and Amazon HQ2 in Arlington, Virginia. These works reflect his strength in managing complex developments that balance innovation, performance, and cultural context. Charles earned his Master of Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He continues to lead with a commitment to design excellence, technical rigor, and cross-cultural fluency.
