Itay Shimony brings over 20 years of experience in the international stone surfacing industry, with 18 of those years dedicated to Cosentino. He played a pivotal role in restructuring and leading Cosentino’s fabrication business in the East Coast and Midwest of the United States.
Itay holds a BA and LLB in Law and Business with a specialization in negotiations from IDC University in Israel. In 2021, he was appointed to head Cosentino’s operations in Oceania, where he spearheaded change management initiatives and laid the groundwork for transforming the quartz surfaces segment. His vast knowledge and passion for the Cosentino story, especially their sustainable and environmentally conscious stone solutions, have been instrumental. In 2024, Itay was named Vice President of Sales for Cosentino in the APAC region, continuing to drive the company’s growth and innovation
