Project Director, Farrells
Patrick is a Project Design Director at Farrells with 20 years post-HKIA experience and 28 years overall experience in the field of architecture and design. His portfolio includes commercial, government, education, transportation and institutional buildings as well as masterplan for major infrastructure and mixed use developments in Hong Kong, Mainland and abroad. He has overseen numerous projects from concept design to practical completion and has always developed good working relationships with client, end users and consultants. Through his hands on approach to each project, Patrick has gained thorough knowledge and understanding in building technologies, statutory compliance and design documentation. Having spent significant time on site as a Design Liaison Representative of MTRCL, he is aware of the importance of team work, communication, coordination and decisions making to ensure construction carries on according to programme and design intent.
