With a career spanning over 22 years, Ankur Jadhav, who has completed PG in Advance Construction Management NICMAR, Pune. Has established himself as a seasoned professional in the field of Project Management. His expertise encompasses several types of projects, including Residential, Commercial, Malls, fit outs, and Retail stores. Throughout his professional journey, he has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to delivering projects of exceptional quality with zero harm, innovation, timeliness, utmost customer delight right from the conceptual stage to Customer Handover.
His career commenced at L&T Construction, where he involved in a ground-breaking mass housing project with CIDCO. He has completed Residential high-rise project for Reliance in Navi Mumbai. This project involved the construction of ten towers and the creation of an international level clubhouse.
He later joined Raheja’s for the Inorbit Mall project. Through meticulous planning and efficient execution, they had successfully inaugurated Inorbit Mall on Nagar Road, Pune. In 2012, He joined L&T Realty, where he has dedicated the past 11 years of his career construction of a built-to-suit project for Sanofi, the world’s second-largest pharmaceutical company. Currently he is heading 6.5 Mn Sqft of Development at Powai comprising of 10 High end Residential Towers, 2 Commercial towers along with High end retail.
