Partner, PLP Architecture
Daniel has substantial experience working on projects in the United Kingdom and across Europe. He brings an extensive understanding of the planning regulations and policies in London to our design teams, having worked on many projects across the Capital.
He is currently the technical director for the extensive development of Bankside Yards on the South Bank, which will transform a disconnected riverside site into a new urban destination and gateway to the borough of Southwark. He is also the project partner for Kaleidoscope, a new commercial building sitting above the new Farringdon East Crossrail station and facing the historic Smithfield Market in London.
With an advanced understanding of facade technology, Daniel previously led the detailed development of the facades for the Francis Crick Institute, a major national research laboratory in London. Nearby in the City of London, he helped to lead the 4 Cannon Street office building for Fidelity Investments, which sits on a prominent and sensitive site adjacent to St Paul’s Cathedral. He also helped to craft the extensive refurbishment of Devonshire Row, a series of existing historic buildings which are now being regenerated into commercial and hospitality spaces on the site of our One Bishopsgate Plaza / Pan Pacific London Hotel project.
