Co-Founder, Lejant Architecture
Arif Balaban was born in Çorum in 1967. He completed his primary and secondary education in Çorum, then pursued his high school education at Istanbul Kabataş Erkek Lisesi. His architectural journey began during his student years while working in architectural offices. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University’s Department of Architecture in 1993. Starting his career as a freelance architect, he established Lejant Mimarlık and Lejant Proje firms in 1993, where he serves as the founding architect and partner.With numerous architectural projects both nationally and internationally, Arif Balaban leads architectural and interior design projects under the Lejant brand in Ankara. Lejant Mimarlık operates in the design and determination of investment criteria for industrial buildings, tourism structures, business centers, educational buildings, residences, and housing. Arif Balaban received the first prize in the “Ongoing Best Mixed-Use Project” category at the Sign of the City Awards with the Cubes Ankara project.
