Shiju Bhaskaran, Sr Executive Vice President of Prestige Estates Projects Ltd is heading the development of commercial projects of Prestige in West India. He comes with 27 years of solid experience in the construction and Project Management of various Mixed Used Buildings in India, Middle East, Euro Asia and Far East. Graduated from NIT Calicut in Architectural Engineering and later obtained an MBA in Project Management. He has been associated with successful completion of various high-rise buildings with curtainwalls in hot and cold weather conditions. He advocates sustainable construction of world-class buildings by strictly adhering to stringent safety regulations and quality standards. He promotes Lean Construction Practices through collaboration with all stakeholders associated with the Project Development.
