Having worked shoulder-to-shoulder with internationally-acclaimed design legends and conceptualizers, Mr. Techamontrikul is tasked with being the key driver of the company’s new and future development projects. He is a true creative mentor to his team with a concept focused around creating an environment that will continue to deliver world-class projects.
Mr. Techamontrikul holds over 11 years of architectural, design and development experience from abroad, working in firms such as Smallwood, Reynalds and Stewarts in Atlanta, United States. With expertise involving the design of large-scale developments, he has worked on several mixed-use developments, hotels and residential projects across the world, most notably the Mandarin Oriental Hotel & Residences in Atlanta, United States, and Signature Tower in Jakarta, Indonesia.
He received his Masters in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design and Bachelors in Architecture from Chulalongkorn University, and holds an advanced certification in green building, LEED AP from U.S. Green Building Council.
