As a driven and dedicated façade engineer with extensive experience in the design and project management of commercial and residential building envelopes, Winnie contributes her expertise in providing innovative and cost-effective solutions on a wide range of façade projects.
Winnie works collaboratively with architects, builders, project consultants and overseas manufacturers to ensure the performance of the building’s envelope meets standards and technical specification.
As the associate façade engineer and weatherproofing design lead of Xavier Knight, Winnie oversees the design and implementation of structurally sound and weatherproof building façades. Coordination with project teams, technical analyses, and developing solutions for façade systems to meet architectural and environmental requirements are key responsibilities. Winnie will provide strong expertise in façade materials selection, construction methodology, and engineering design principles.
