Born in the Republic of Belarus. Received a degree in civil engineering from the Belarusian National Technical University. He began his career as a design engineer in 2005 in Minsk.
Since 2012, Chief Project Engineer in a design company for civil investment projects (among the customer investors are representatives of such countries as Lithuania, Poland, Qatar, and the Russian Federation).
Since 2017, he has been representing the interests of customer companies in terms of regulatory, technical work, and design management.
In Tashkent since September 2022, currently holds the position of Head of Design Department at MURAD BUILDINGS.
