Arriving at optimum façade design while accommodating the criteria of various stakeholders has been at the core of Shailesh’s practice. He has worked relentlessly in this direction for the last 25 years, covering commercial buildings, residential towers, recreation spaces, and more. He is passionate about faithfully transforming an architect’s vision into reality, ensuring that the bottlenecks of real-life constraints do not compromise the original design.
After graduating in architecture in 1990, Shailesh has worked as an architect in India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Exposure to international projects in the late 1990s and an inclination towards façade design propelled him into the world of engineered façades. He has subsequently held façade-design and management positions in façade works contracting, façade cleaning systems, and real estate development firms, all while collaborating with a wide spectrum of professionals in the façade industry.
