Mr Leo Li has over 10 years of consultancy experience in sustainability and green building certification. He has led a wide range of green building certification projects of BEAM Plus, LEED and WELL with high rating of Gold or above. Leo’s expertise includes technical assessment of wind, solar, daylight thermal comfort, as well as whole building energy simulation and life cycle carbon assessment. Leo currently leads Inhabit’s sustainability team in Hong Kong, offering expert advice and technical assessment on building physics, passive building and low-carbon building design.
