He is involved in all aspects of design from concept through construction and committed to a high level of craft and detail.
As Project Manager for 1325 West Fulton, Daniel is leading the delivery of a multi-phase residential development that reintroduces a distinctive typology to Northwestern Chicago—a red brick high-rise defined by classically evocative arches. This project establishes a unique architectural presence, blending contemporary living with a nod to the city’s historic character.
