Ross has over 30 years of experience in the design, planning, and project management of aviation projects with a focus on complex terminal renovations. As principal and senior project manager, Ross provides project oversight and design guidance for team visioning, mapping the process and identifying key milestones, as well as performance management and quality assurance. Throughout his tenure, Ross has led programs that transform the passenger experience and redefine airport dining and retail programs to meet the ever-changing needs of the industry. He has a passion for projects that are visionary and require the collaboration of the owner, contractor, tenants and design team.
