Matthew Williams, LEED® AP, Project Executive at Skanska, has been with the company for 19 years, beginning his career as an intern while earning his B.S. in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Over nearly two decades, Matt has progressed through various roles in multiple sectors, evolving from an intern to preconstruction and operational leadership roles in corporate interiors, aviation, higher education, and healthcare. Currently, Matt leads the management of a significant data center project for a confidential mission critical client. His portfolio includes key signature projects such as the Concourse T North Extension at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the Correll Pavilion at Grady Health System, Alston & Byrd LLP Corporate Offices in Atlanta, and the Kendeda Building for Innovative & Sustainable Design at Georgia Tech which is globally recognized as one of the greenest and healthiest buildings.
