Matt comes from an architectural background, bringing a design-led approach to project management to deliver quality by design. Most recently, he led the successful completion of the façade and interior fit-out packages on 30 Grosvenor Square, leading multi-disciplinary teams on the journey to achieve the project’s design and quality aspirations. Matt combines technical expertise and leadership skills to bridge design intent with practical execution, ensuring projects as they develop retain the architectural vision and deliver on the quality expectations.
