Senior Technical Manager, Fairview New Homes
I Joined, Fairview New Homes, in December 2022 to assist with the Fire Remediation Cladding Projects. Fairview New Homes had signed the Pledge with the Government and subsequently signed the Ministry of Homes Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) Developer Remediation Contract.
I have spent the last 3 years carrying out various External and Internal remediation projects. Fairview have 40No projects of which 20No are complete. I act as Principal Designer and I have made 20No application to BSR for Gateway 2/3 and Emergency Approval.
To date we have 1no gateway 2 ; 1no emergency approval and we are currently going through Gateway 3 approval for Cladding Project in Croydon. Previously I worked for Galliard Homes Ltd for 11 years, on various projects, including 40 storey residential towers in Centre of London and Canary Wharf, and 5-star hotel. Including Completing the recladding of the Galliards ACM project in Greenwich – New Capital Quay
