Nandita Agnihotri

Nandita Agnihotri, is an associate architect at MQA – Mandviwala Qutub & Associates, with 17 years of professional experience and projects spanning 16 cities, Nandita exemplifies excellence and innovation in architecture.

Prior to MQA she worked with Sanjay Puri Architects for three years after completing her architecture from IPS, Indore. Nandita’s childhood was spent sketching and painting in the idyllic HAL township (near Lucknow). Her father – an air force plane Designer shaped Nandita’s need for precision while the armed forces strong bonds of community fostered within her an understanding of shared spaces for good living.

Nandita develops her designs through the outside -in process. She keeps the façade elevation in her mind’s eye while putting together the inside layout in the most efficient manner. She uses clean forms, sharp angles, straight lines and modern styling. Nandita thrives on challenges and endeavors to create masterpieces even within limitations. Nandita’s design of a 300-bed hospital earned her the WAFX Award in 2023, highlighting her ability to deliver impactful healthcare solutions. Additionally, she received accolades for two uniquely designed projects in Dubai, demonstrating her commitment to international architectural standards. Her innovative religious building in Kanpur was a finalist at the World Architecture Festival in 2015/2016, showcasing her creativity and vision.

Recognized as one of the top 50 architects in India under 40 by IGEN in 2022, Nandita has successfully delivered over 18 projects globally. Her dedication to architecture and her ability to navigate complex design challenges make her an invaluable asset to our firm.
