Andrew Gremley

Andrew Gremley MAAK, Green Star AP, has been practicing architecture in East Africa since 1993.  He is currently the owner and director of Pharos Architects, a company which has established itself as a leader in sustainable design, healthcare, education, residential, hospitality, data centres, and humanitarian projects in Kenya, Uganda, and South Sudan. Pharos Architects achieved the first LEED certified building in the region (World Bank Juba) as well as the first in Kenya (World Bank Nairobi). Most notable recent past projects include the AAR Hospital, ICRC Offices, Icolo Data Centres in Mombasa and Nairobi, and the French Embassy. Andrew is originally from the US and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Architecture.
