
Architecte, OZA
Othmane Zerouali is an architect who graduated from the National School of Architecture of Grenoble in 2007 and obtained his HMONP certification in 2008. After eight years of experience in architectural firms and development companies in Morocco, he founded his own practice in Casablanca in 2016.
He previously spent four years with the international firm KILO Architectures, contributing to major projects such as the Casablanca Blue Park office building, the Saphira Tower in Rabat (with Wilmotte & Associés), as well as tourist resorts in Taghazout and Oued Chbika.
He also joined the Anfa Urban Development Agency (AUDA), where he contributed to the development of the Casa-Anfa project as head of urban management. Today, he leads his own agency and supports major real-estate developers in projects across Morocco.
