Born in Casablanca, Kacem Benhayoune pursued his higher education at the National School of Architecture Paris-Val de Seine and Paris-La Villette. After obtaining his degrees, he spent several years refining his skills through professional experience in Venice, Paris, and Casablanca. The expertise he gained, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, enabled him to launch KREA Studio, which now works on all types of projects: residential, hospitality, office, industrial, and retail.
