Laurence Brooker leads on development projects of all scales, focusing primarily on mixed-use development in Westminster and neighbouring Central London boroughs for a range of private and public sector and institutional clients, while also advising on planning policy and Central London issues and trends.
Experience includes leading on a number of major landmark and listed building projects with complex constraints and settings, tall buildings and a range of major regeneration projects across Central London – including the Whiteley Development, West End Gate and Paddington Green Police Station, Queensway Parade, and the City of London’s own portfolio.
