Project Management Director, Indochina Kajima Development
Lawrence Mbanu has led Indochina Kajima’s project management department for over 5 years, overseeing the roll out of Core 5 Industrial village (3 projects completed, 5 in design), Wink Hotels (6 in operation one in construction), Parc Hanoi Office and Mandarin Oriental.
With 25 year’s experience in Vietnam and Asia, and over 28 years in construction, he has worked on such projects as Nam Con Son, Park Hyatt Saigon, Nam Hai Resort, City Garden, River Garden, Intercontinental Jakarta, Quay Hotel Cambodia, Unis School and many more.
Although Mechanical Engineer, Lawrence has extensive experience in Basement and Foundation Construction, High Rise RC Structure, IT Systems and Infrastructure, MEP systems, Façade and Glazing, Systems integration and also has an extensive track record in Project Controls and implementation of Electronic Document Management and Project Management systems such as Acconex, Asite, Conject in projects and throughout organizations.
