Program Director, Khatib & Alami
Marwan Abbas is a project director with vast experience of delivering large-scale development projects in public, private, and PPP environments across the Middle East, Levant and Asia utilizing the latest state of the art city management tools. He worked in development managent with key clients including Iskandar Investment Bhd, Saraya, Mubadala, Aldar, KACARE, and the Ministry of Finance. Since November 2021, Marwan has been PMC Program Director with Khatib & Alami working for Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a subsidiary of the Saudi Public Investment Fund.
Marwan studied Architecture in the American University of Beirut (AUB), and is LEED certified. He is a member of the Syndicate of Engineers, Beirut, the Saudi Council of Engineers, the US Green Buildings Council LEED Green Association, and the AUB Alumni Association.
