I have successfully spearheaded high profile projects including mixed-use developments, governmental headquarters, residential compounds, and commercial complexes delivering over 1.8 million m² BUA at the cost of aproxmat 10 Billion SR. I excel at translating visionary design concepts into practical, cost-effective solutions through meticulous planning, BIM integration, and cross-functional collaboration. I have built and led high-performing design and technical teams, fostering innovation, efficiency, and professional growth. My expertise spans feasibility studies, architectural and interior design, construction supervision, and project execution, consistently ensuring adherence to quality, regulatory standards, timelines, and budgets.
Holding a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), a Master’s in Project Management, and a Bachelor’s in Architecture, I am licensed with AIA, the Saudi Council of Engineers, and the Saudi Real Estate Institute.
