Project Manager, OODA
Luis Garcia is a Brazilian architect who graduated from SENAC University Center in 2017. He holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto (FAUP), completed in 2025. Before joining OODA, he worked in São Paulo and Paris at Triptyque Architecture. He currently leads the Tirana office as Director, and his most notable projects at OODA include the Oricon 2 Tower in Tirana — developed in collaboration with Pritzker Prize–winning architect Eduardo Souto de Moura — as well as the Bond Tower, Hora Vertikale, and The Concave. He has been part of OODA since 2022.
